    China Coal Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. is approved by the State Council, the Central Coal International Engineering Design Institute, Coal Science Research Institute at the June 2008 merger, is a State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission under the direct supervision of the central scientific and technological enterprises. December 31, 2008, approved by the SASAC, Coal Research Institute held by the free world shares transferred to the Bureau of China Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd.. 
    Our main business include: mine production process automation, mechanization, development of information technology equipment, manufacturing and system integration; coal washing equipment development, manufacturing and general contracting coal preparation plant; underground development and underground construction technology specific special project construction contract; efficient production of coal technical services, technical advice and coal mine operators. 
    Close by the end of 2009, the company employs 8,767 employees, including professional and technical personnel 2457 people; Chinese Academy of Engineering 1; senior professional titles, 559; 717 intermediate professional titles; Dr. 45, 533 master's, undergraduate 1659 people.
